[A feminine, refined voice graces the ears of anyone who might happen to be listening. 'Grace' might not be the right word, however, as judging by what she's saying the woman clearly was trying to reach one particular person. Either she did not care if others heard, or she simply didn't know how to set her communications device to actually send a private message.]

Sakuya. I have changed my mind. A red wine would better suit tonight's meal. Also, bring me something sweet. I have not had anything sweet in days. Do not dally. I will be going out after dinner, so it cannot be delayed.

[Not exactly the most embarrassing mistake, but she sure sounds like a bossy little thing.]

"Of course, My Lady." The sound of products being shifted could be heard as well as the gentle rolling of shopping casters. "There are a lot of wines to choose from so I will be sure to select something appropriate."

As for something sweet... "They have pre-made sweets already baked if you would like to try any of those..." Though her frown was audible in her voice. She normally baked for Remilia. It really came down to what the vampire wanted though and not the amount of time it would take. Not with Sakuya's powers.

There is an audible sound of distaste from the vampire. "Pre-made? I would not insult my taste as well as your cooking by suffering something like that. The last time I tried one, it was so shockingly sweet it is if they did not understand a cookie has an ingredient other than sugar. I can tolerate them at social gatherings, but in the home I would much prefer something made by you." She might sound overbearing, but in her own way she was being nice. She knew Sakuya took pride in her work. And she'd known the woman long enough to recognize the attempt Sakuya made to disguise the disappointment in her voice.

"Right! Of course!" Instantly happier with the clarification. "What sort of dish are you in the mood for? There are numerous kinds of fruit here. Both kinds I recognize and many I have not seen."

The petite vampire seems to take a few moments to think. "Hmmmm. Unfamiliar fruits, you say? Interesting, but I am not feeling daring enough to give them a chance to ruin my meal this evening. Please stick with something more traditional. If you wish to try them yourself, you may take your pick of what looks like something you would enjoy."

"Then I will do just that. I believe there is basic information on how to prepare all these foods. So I will start there before purchasing anything."

There was a long pause.

"I will not lie though. I have not seen so many cakes in one place before. I feel somewhat inspired by them. Though the sample I was given is average at best, the appearance of the cake is certainly excellent. I will have to emulate some of these decoration techniques."

Perhaps. I had thought to try this world's methods. It may be better to simply sticks with what works in the future.

Clearly not. Sakuya, for one, has manners. She would not speak to me with such disdain in her voice. You need not worry about me asking for your assistance. I have a capable servant already. I have no need for you.

[This time there is no sigh. Instead, simply silence for several moments. When she speaks again, it is in an almost sickeningly sweet voice. It is very clear she is trying to be patronizing.]

I wonder, good sir, if you are of sound mind. You speak to me in this crude manner, yet act as if it were I who was disrespecting you? Do you, perhaps, merely not understand this situation? Do you know left from right? Up from down? I can only assume not. Why would I even think you were Sakuya? She has value. She has worth. You seem unable to realize when a simple mistake has been made.
