However touch of any kind produces Chroma.
There is no need to mate if it is not desired.

There is also 'demichroma', which, while less effective, will allow you to live frugally if you do not wish to infringe upon others.
If you have need of food and socialization like many here do, this method is not advised due to conflicting costs.
