If someone was dead before being brought to this place, have they been resurrected?

It seems that there are numerous individuals that remember dying before their arrival here

if you are one of those people, if you are “dead”, i would like to ask you a few questions.

And if someone is dead in their own world, that raises the question of what happens when we “go back”

is this just purgatory before the final death sentence

wonders never cease, i guess.

Please reply if this applies to you or if you have any relevant information or opinions on the matter.

I know a few people who were dead before they came here! And I'm apparently about to die, so...Maybe this place really is some sort of limbo, to attract so many people like this.

I don't have anything really of use, I suppose. But I think that it's nice, getting a chance to live an almost normal life where there's no truly big threats and we can meet so many wonderful people...And we can all help others. What do you think of this place, apart from the purgatory bit?

can confirm i definitely died. i was in the afterlife and everything for a few minutes.

my opinion is that i'm very fucking alive right now
but i have no idea what'll happen if i just go back
i'll probably go back to the afterlife
which is bogus but i guess there are worse things
somehow i dont go to hell. crazy.

I chose to laid down my life before being brought here. That, I was certain. I caught a glimpse of the afterlife, but instead, I was brought here, whole again somehow.

[Whole. He was fairly certain he disintegrated himself.]

I can't be certain if this place is purgatory, or that we are given a second chance to live in another world. I would prefer to believe the latter, a chance to live a normal life.

Though, it doesn't escape my mind that if I were to go back I would return to where I'm supposed to go- the afterlife.

A blessing is one way to think about it

This place doesn’t really suit me...a place built on physical intimacy, bright lights...

I don’t know how to be “normal”, sometimes it feels like a big joke at my expense.

If this is all I have left, i know i should probably try to enjoy it more, but it isn’t that easy.

i’m not sure i can say the same for my own.

I don’t remember anything after it happened.

I keep hearing about people “going back”, though i suppose there’s no much proof that that’s actually where we’re going, but it’s the most logical outcome.

It seems like it could happen at any moment

For people that are already dead, it is technically a form of limbo, but i don’t actually think it’s a form of the afterlife or anything.

It is odd that this place takes the living and the dead, though.

It’s all pretty confusing

the way the moon knights explained it is that they have no explanation
from all of their testing we're alive
so who knows what the fuck is up

I know a friend of mine returned to her homeworld.

I didn't realize she was gone until I tried to call her.

Like you said, it could happen at any moment. Best to make the most out of this new life while we can.

Curiously, i don’t have any scars or wounds from when i was killed, which raises even more questions.

I definitely should.

It worries me that i can’t control when i’ll be “sent back”

the idea drives me crazy.

Especially because there is someone i need to stay here and protect

Make the most out of your life while constantly looking over your shoulder, waiting for the other shoe to drop.

That’s really all i can do.

I thought there was a possibility of some technique that could keep my tethered to this place, but that was probably just me being stupid.
There’s no escaping it, huh

yeah it blows that it is ins't permanent
but i couldnt be more grateful to get a second shot with people i wasn't sure i'd see again anytime soon
and meeting people i'd never otherwise meet

it's what you make of it really
hopefully you'll get some meaning out of that

Perhaps if you see it that way, but what would you rather do, then?

I can't say with absolute certainty that I will stay here forever, but I rather not waste away, worry about the inevitable, and do nothing when I'm given this chance to be "alive" again.

A chance to ease regrets before disappearing forever.

My death was sudden

i never had a chance to think about it

and now that i have

i don’t know, i’m being stupid.

Maybe i should just cast that life away.

I think perhaps resurrection would be an appropriate term for some of us.

It’s obvious what would happen if we returned to our “homes”, isn’t it ?
we would cease to be again, I see no point in overthinking the opportunity we’ve been given here

but it's what you make of it

you can either make the most of it
or you can decide there's nothing you can do and decide to lie down and rot
i'm kind of an expert on the second option

I don’t think my world has an afterlife

The idea that I cannot control being ripped out this place and being put back into nothingness is

stressful

to say the least.

It isn’t like normal life, when your death is something you can prevent through smart choices
here, it’s random
like having a terminal illness, waiting for the body to suddenly, finally give out.

I don’t plan on doing that.

At least I have something to live for in this place, if she wasn’t here, i’m not sure what i would do.

I wish i had power over it

what good am i if i can’t keep us together

in war, you fight, and if you are the most skilled, prepared, you live and everyone else dies
with this, i’ll just die, suddenly, no warning, nothing i can do about it.

I’m not going to “lie down and rot”
but it feels like i’ve surrendered myself either way, my ability to change anything

i have to figure something else out
