If someone was dead before being brought to this place, have they been resurrected?

It seems that there are numerous individuals that remember dying before their arrival here

if you are one of those people, if you are “dead”, i would like to ask you a few questions.

And if someone is dead in their own world, that raises the question of what happens when we “go back”

is this just purgatory before the final death sentence

wonders never cease, i guess.

Please reply if this applies to you or if you have any relevant information or opinions on the matter.

I know a few people who were dead before they came here! And I'm apparently about to die, so...Maybe this place really is some sort of limbo, to attract so many people like this.

I don't have anything really of use, I suppose. But I think that it's nice, getting a chance to live an almost normal life where there's no truly big threats and we can meet so many wonderful people...And we can all help others. What do you think of this place, apart from the purgatory bit?

This place doesn’t really suit me...a place built on physical intimacy, bright lights...

I don’t know how to be “normal”, sometimes it feels like a big joke at my expense.

If this is all I have left, i know i should probably try to enjoy it more, but it isn’t that easy.

can confirm i definitely died. i was in the afterlife and everything for a few minutes.

I chose to laid down my life before being brought here. That, I was certain. I caught a glimpse of the afterlife, but instead, I was brought here, whole again somehow.

I can't be certain if this place is purgatory, or that we are given a second chance to live in another world. I would prefer to believe the latter, a chance to live a normal life.

Though, it doesn't escape my mind that if I were to go back I would return to where I'm supposed to go- the afterlife.

I keep hearing about people “going back”, though i suppose there’s no much proof that that’s actually where we’re going, but it’s the most logical outcome.

It seems like it could happen at any moment

I think perhaps resurrection would be an appropriate term for some of us.

It’s obvious what would happen if we returned to our “homes”, isn’t it ?
we would cease to be again, I see no point in overthinking the opportunity we’ve been given here

I don’t think my world has an afterlife

The idea that I cannot control being ripped out this place and being put back into nothingness is

stressful

to say the least.

It isn’t like normal life, when your death is something you can prevent through smart choices
here, it’s random
like having a terminal illness, waiting for the body to suddenly, finally give out.

i was dead before i came here. i know some other people who were, too, but my situation was different than most people's, i think.

i died years ago, but i didn't go to heaven or anything. i didn't move on, i mean. i was about to right before i got here, but then i wound up here instead.

this is different than it was back there, though. back there i knew i wasn't alive. here i'm breathing and i have a heartbeat and everything, so whatever this is, it's different than it was before.

First of all, is dying the last thing you remember?

I was dead for a while before coming here. It's all something of a blur.

People have died and been resurrected in my world before, so it's more or less confirmed that there's an afterlife, at least on our universe.

It's generally difficult and very expensive, and you can only raise someone whose soul is free and willing, but it's been done. You can even travel to those planes yourself if you wish, but it's dangerous without careful preparation.

I could see why someone might view this place as a sort of afterlife.

Does it bother you that leaving this place means going back to being dead?

Resurrection is a good term. I did die on my world, although my spirit became the wind and I still had awareness as the wind. Then I came here and my body was fully restored.

okay, here's my thoughts
if we get to the point that the lunatians can send us home, that kinda implies they made something to do it, right
so maybe once that happens, people will get a choice?
maybe you'll get to pick if you want to stay here or if you wanna risk going back to your own world
and if you do risk it, since there's apparently tons of timelines and versions of our own worlds and whatever
all that stuff, i don't get it THAT much, but
maybe it'll plop you in a timeline where you lived?

It’s heavy, but that’s the reality of it.

Sure, I could always request to stay here, but plenty of people come and go on a daily basis, there’s a high possibility that I disappear before anything like that ever happens. Back into the abyss of death.

Even if the timeline thing is possible, that’s all just conjecture. Nothing I can rely on.

It is what it is. Maybe I should just accept it.

It's weird to see other people say THEY were dead. Because as far as I've always know? People don't come back from that.

There’s the possibility of being taken when you were about to die, but many other people claim being in the afterlife...But if those worlds have afterlifes, i feel like it confirms that mine doesn’t...or maybe you and i both were sent here before dying proper

I’m not particularly hung up on that, though
