Never heard of okonomiyaki.

[Whoops. Yet another common cultural Japanese food he's completely unfamiliar with despite living in Japan for years.]

It's more of a pancake than a pizza since there's usually no cheese involved, but it does have some meats, cabbage and pancake batter, sometimes chives, mayonnaise and an okonomiyaki sauce. Each part of Japan has their own version of it.
