Ham and pineapple is the best pizza topping combination, hands down.

Please note that both parts are important. Don't just put pineapple on pizza willy-nilly, you need to balance it out with the ham. That's probably why people on this post are so against it.

As for the worst... Not a huge fan of olives or onions.

Not super into spicy, but I'll try it out. Worst case scenario I end up picking it off.

It's not like onion, where the taste just seeps into everything and you can't get away from it.
