[It's a video! Of a somewhat messy living area, mostly because Lapis has turned anything she doesn't need or want, into fuel for art. Which is what she's got the device filming for, as the main focus is something under a sheet (that honestly has seen better days).

Of course, the owner of the device shows her face and Lapis gives a smile and a wave.]

Hello again, everyone. I've been busy with getting used to this place and finding things to do. [That isn't sex-related.] So I thought I'd get back into mee-- [Oh wait, no one here will get it.] Art. I used to do art back home.

[And she's going to go and uncover that thing she has the device focused on finally showing off... Trash art, kind of cobbled together out of various things she could have found around. So yes, there are some busted sex toys in there. What it is supposed to be? Up to the viewer, it's abstract!]

I call this "A week on Lunatia" since it took me that long to gather everything in it. [It's horrifying to think of how she got the stuff, maybe.] I guess I'm wondering if anyone else around here does art? Or something else like it.

Yeah, that makes sense. [They are a little....broken.] And I guess you know what people do with those now.

...Can you even get sick?

I can get sick from some things, but it won't kill me.

And yes, [She makes a face.] I do know now.

You do know I gotta ask now, right? About what can make a--a gem sick.

...Like, moss? [Moss grows on rocks, right?]

I'd be worried about any Gem who stayed still enough for moss to grow on them.

And I've heard that a friend got sick from food, and I guess if a poisoned creature bit me I'd get sick-ish? I've never actually gotten sick.

[Well, you never know, maybe they got trapped in a small, confined space for thousands of years or something.]

[He snorts, insulted.]

Okay, you wait right there.

[And then he hangs up.

And calls back about two minutes later. He's outside now, and the camera's pointing across the street at one of the apartment buildings in the second district. He fiddles with the angle a little bit, balancing the device just so, and then points at the building.]

Y'see that? Watch.

[dashhole]

[He mostly leaves the frame for a split second, then dashes toward the side of the building and jumps

then jumps again off of thin open-air, changes direction in midair, lands on that railing, then repeats, lands again--

and spins to face the camera. From someone's fourth-floor balcony.

Balancing on that thin rail he throws his arms up in triumph and whoops.]

WOO! I AM THE GREATEST!!



[...bitch, u better hope nobody's home up there.]

[Someone is home, alright. As Lapis watches from her device and then hears Scout's voice much closer than it should be.

So she gets up and goes to her balcony and...]

So you can jump well. That's not a super power.

[dashhole]

[Whomp whomp. He yelps, losing his balance as he tries to twist around see who's behind him. Fortunately, he's tall enough on that railing that he catches the lip of the balcony above them. One leg swings free for a dizzying second before he catches the rail again and sort of half-hangs, half-crouches over that 40-ish-foot drop.

He looks just...so miffed. Think he's special, Lapis ;_; ]

Not everybody can do that.

[Therefore it is.]
