Choose the season you favor most, and angle your birthday to fall between holidays that receive large amounts of celebration or attention. Alternatively, choose a day you wish to enjoy cake, and make it yours.

Aren't there a ton of fall holidays though? What if I wanted to pick fall?

A few. Not enough that you couldn't choose something two weeks before or after a holiday, which seems to be time enough that you needn't worry about someone foolishly combining the two.
