[Sherry's been looking at this comm unit for days trying to figure out how to ask this, today she just decides to bite the bullet.]

I guess there's no way to ask this without sounding insane but, has anyone else here met people from their world but different times?

I've come across different versions of friends than I have back home but that is perhaps something unique to my world and the sort of people we are. But I don't see why different times aren't also a possibility. [Though admittedly it hadn't occurred to him until now.] It is a rather fickle force after all.

I think better than some yes. [Like her or anyone going through what she's mentioned.] We don't often have the chance to interact with our duplicates so I would say it has been an illuminating experience overall.

Oh yes that's another way to put it! Though now that you mention it I believe the correct term for swords is replicas. [Maybe that helps to explain what he's going on about... or just makes things weirder. Oops.]

Because that's what we are! More precisely the tsukumogami or spirit of certain swords.
I understand it's a rather foreign concept to most here but quite normal in my world.
