( The doctor may be recognizable to some here already, or as one of the longer-term dancers during the festival or someone repeatedly pulled into the compatibility booths giggling up a storm because she was ticklish. (Or that fiendish person who posted up five different people on the moonlace partnering app.) Today she's donning a warm little smile, a sunny dress, and a white lab coat, even if she's woefully missing a stethoscope about her collar.
And no more deer traits in sight, thankfully; considerably more put together. (Also thankfully.) The apartment behind her is just as sunny and accented in golds and dark blues, tidy and cozy with blankets visible over the arm of the sofa and some other chair to the side. )
Good afternoon everyone; I'm Dr. Angela Ziegler, one of many who appeared on the moon and were brought back to Prismatica here, having since settled in. I hope this finds everyone well. It's been a tumultuous few weeks already, hasn't it? It seems with the more prominent moons having faded back out, we'll have some margin of relief. That is why I wanted to post, however.
I realize many who were brought here may not be comfortable bringing their concerns up with the officials or scientists here. I was approached by quite a few people through the last few phases seeking help and I thought I would turn that offer outward. I'm not a general practitioner, exactly, as my specialties lie more in trauma and restorative surgery, but I've done a vast amount of work across multiple specialties and general care, and I was a Chief Medical Officer for a peacekeeping organization for some years as well. It should be plenty.
I can't begin to fathom how the moons may affect everyone going forward nor will I know the extent of what is possible or "normal" until I've seen it enough times in others, but I can at least offer some form of reassurance or a medical record of sorts to see what has changed or ensure you're all right. If anyone would like me to check in on them around the expected time, I can do that as well.
( Presuming she's able to leave the house herself, during the Iris phase. Last time was... well. She attempted a self-quarantine from how intense it had hit, not wanting to bother the public or be bothered by the public. Fingers crossed it isn't always that way. )
I may consider a clinic of sorts if our situation here leans toward something semi-permanent, but until then it is something I would either pick a friend's empty apartment for or make a house call. All we can do is try to keep an eye out for one another, and treat each other well.
Thank you for the moment of your time, and if anyone has any questions, I'll keep an eye on replies here for a bit, or you are welcome to message me privately. I would also appreciate if anyone feels comfortable telling me what they've experienced here so I can help apply it to others.
( She's taking a sip of her coffee and about to wave some little toodle-loo goodbye just as someone's footsteps sound to the side and she clicks off the feed with a slight brightening of the eyes. Probably the reason she doesn't do it out of her apartment!
Feel free to hit her with zany medical Q&A, relay your own experiences to help build her Prismatica Side Effects journal, or just come chat because she looks nice! As an aside, please feel free to assume characters from the new round saw this / feel free to reply! #timing... )

As for the transformation...from everything I was able to see and muster it seemed to be relatively complete. I could- I could see what may have been my heart, but nothing else. It was disconcerting, to say the least.
I am more concerned, however, with the psychological or emotional aspects of the moon influences. I can recognize the desire to protect. To keep safe. I am concerned that it may warp into something out of control, however. Caution is certainly the best way to procede. I do hope that you yourself are able to remain unscathed as well, should this come to pass again. If you require any assistance, please feel free to call upon me, no matter the task.
I do hope that the transparency is a one-off event, but if it does arise again I will get in contact with you.

I agree on the psychological changes being of higher concern.
I never want to find I've grown outright possessive in an effort to protect others, or force someone's hand in attempts to "help".
I sincerely hope it will never come to that and have asked my friends to keep an eye on me if so, but I realize that isn't an option for everyone here. Not everyone has those they know and trust here.
Thank you kindly for your offer, sir. I never did catch your name...?
But I hope it won't come to such things, though I will do my utmost for you if you do end up needing to contact me.
Please take care. :)

I'm sorry, my dumb ass lost my post tags 😭
It's a pleasure to meet you, Zavala. I'll look forward to meeting you eventually. And thank you for your assistance and your support. I'll be doing my best.
