from what i've been told, moonlacing is the practice of creating chroma. it requires at least two willing participants, and physical contact is involved.

how much contact is needed? would exposed skin touching covered skin work? how long does one need to be in contact with their moonlacing partner in order to succeed in creating chroma, what's the bare minimum? how exactly is it stored, and can you learn how moonlacing is done? has anyone succeeded in moonlacing by themselves? are there limitations to moonlacing? does it still work if your partner is unconscious, or otherwise unable to participate due to injury or some other misfortune? how quickly can you lose chroma, what's the quickest that anyone's ever drained their reserves?

i have so many questions!

anyway, my request is this: would anyone be willing to help me test the answers to these questions by moonlacing with me? i'll be more than grateful for the help!

ah, hm. the reason i ask what you remember is because of the complications i mentioned. i'm from a point in time a little further than that - we've arrived at qinghe. it wasn't fun at all, let me tell you—

as for why there's two of me, i really don't know! i'm very confused about that part, i'll be honest with you. i haven't yet investigated the matter, too.
