Birthdays, fighting and sex. Those seem to be the most popular things to talk about on the network lately but like, I'm sure you people have other things that hold your interest right?

Like what do you do for fun that isn't fighting or sex? I can't speak on birthdays since it's not something my species celebrate, but if you don't have an answer for the first question then I guess you could always try explaining why birthdays are so important?

[She's been wondering this for a while but didn't feel it would be best to ask these things with her name attached.]

Reading and gardening are two ways I spent my free time back home. I don't yet have a proper garden here but I'm working on it! 😊

I did gardening back home, kind of! It was nice, and productive, I hope you're able to get something set up for yourself soon.

I find it to be really relaxing, personally. What kind of stuff did you grow?

Corn, pumpkins... Vegetables, really.

Oh, farming! That's more my mother's domain than mine, I'm a lot better with flowers.

My mother is Demeter, the Goddess of Harvest, which would make farming more her expertise than mine. Though I know plenty.

I don't know what your world is like, but where I'm from there are the gods and there are the mortals that worship them. The gods rule over various domains like the harvest or the dead or love or, well, anything you can think of.

[ There are more than just the gods and mortals but why complicate things? ]

Without us the world kind of falls apart.

[Closest thing to "Gods" to Lapis would be the Diamonds, but they're just you know. The best Gems.]

I do find it curious for there to be worlds in which there are supposedly do gods. It makes me wonder how mortals came to be or how things grow.

Do those worlds know war without a god to facilitate it? Do they know death if there's nowhere for shades to go?

Well, war happens because one side has something the other wants. Or one side wants something they can't have under the rule of the people in charge.

And the dead just die, I guess. My species doesn't really die like humans do.

Ha ha, if I told you what I am it'd give me away. I'm the only one of my kind here afterall.

But I'm not human, not even from Earth.

I sometimes troll online, at least back home I did.

Artemis explained that kind of troll to me, I don't really understand why anyone would want to purposely upset others. But that wasn't the kind I meant.

I mostly just poked at a friend of mine, so it was never done to be outright mean.

That's good! Sadly that friend isn't here so I'm not able to have fun that way, since I'm not sure how far I can go with the friends I made here so far.

I don't think I'd wish this place on others but I do hope you can find new friends to poke fun at in friendly ways.
