[ Hisoka has found something to entertain himself with, and that entertainment will probably only last for a few days at best. ]

Um, this is a little embarrassing to bring up at this point, but...

I've actually met so many people here in another world. I didn't know how to talk about it to them, so I just acted like we were meeting for the first time. I wonder, was that wrong? Should I reach out to the people that I knew?

But ... a lot of them did terrible things in that other world... would it be better if they never knew what happened?

If it happened in another world, then the person you knew then and the person you met now might not truly be the same person. We're all from other worlds to begin with. It's not hard to imagine that there could be different versions of the same person out there who only share surface similarities.

However, for your peace of mind, I don't think it would hurt to bring it up to them. Even if they're not the same person, that past is still going to weigh on your mind. Talking about it won't hurt.

Even if... they became murderers in another world? Even then, you think I should say something?

You don't need to tell them everything, but in doubt, let them be the one to choose. You don't need to reveal graphic details just to find see if they're the same or not.

Isn't it better to believe in them than to assume the worst? Besides that, if they haven't done anything wrong here, then there's no reason to think that they'll suddenly change.

What if they're just waiting for the chance?

I think what you must have experienced in that other world is weighing heavily upon you. It's understandable to be wary. If anything happens here, there are many powerful people around to set thing right!

Mm, there are a lot. I know some, but I think you'll find the most people if you're just honest and ask! If you make a post saying that you're looking for strong people to look out for you, there are surely going to be people who will answer.

Oh, but if things are desperate and you need help, you can pray to the Crown Prince of Xianle and the Wind Master. They'll definitely hear you if you call to them.

Hmm, I suppose it's different for every place... A lot of gods demand certain things to reached, but for these two gods here, you don't need to be too formal about how you pray to them. They'll hear you, and they'll definitely answer.

[ Will Hisoka think very hard about what he'll pray to a god for? No. That's silly.

He sits back in his chair and crosses his legs. The amount of thought that he puts into what his prayer is going to be is about the same as how much he put in the post he made -- which is to say very little and only thinking of what will amuse him for a few minutes.

Hisoka looks down at his hands as he wonders how a person prays. He's certainly seen it when people are begging for their lives. Is that the same thing? Probably! What a time to actually want Chrollo to be around not to try to harass the man into a fight to the death, but ask him how to pray.

The magician throws his head back to start to laugh as he thinks that he'll try to remember to do that if Chrollo comes to Lunatia. He'll ask him how to pray because he thinks that the expression that the Spider would make would make the whole thing worth it. Ah, but... will I remember? That's really difficult to say; the thought is still funny enough to try to keep it in the back of his mind.

All right, all right. He clasps his hands together, interlacing his fingers, and stretches his arms out above his head. This seems about right. At least, it's how he recalls people begging for their lives. He clears his throat: ]

Oh, Wind Master. I need someone that I could fight and break. Please find me a person that will bring me absolute pleasure.

[ Hisoka turns his head to the side and laughs. ]

[ ...Is Hisoka playing a prank on him?

Shi Qingxuan sits in some park, idly kicking his feet off the edge of a fountain, and he has to stop sipping his boba tea when that prayer comes through.

(The fact Hisoka doesn't know he's the Wind Master doesn't enter his mind.)

...What kind of prayer is that?? Hisoka, you were laughing as you prayed that! Certainly, any prayer in this landscape will reach him, but could you give him a bit more respect! His face is a little red, and he starts sipping his tea again irritably. What does "fight and break" and "bring me absolute pleasure" mean?? He knows Hisoka can be bad with his words, but, ah, that wording is a bit awkward...

Unfortunately, prayers are a one-way communication - unless Shi Qingxuan goes to the person who made it and speaks (answers his prayer) in person - so for a while, he's not sure what to do with those questions...until, of course, he realizes that the meek maiden he's been talking to must actually be Hisoka! Well, that makes things easier. Aside from the fact he really isn't sure where to start here...

After a few good minutes, he sets his tea down and texts Hisoka back. ]

You mean you want to fight against someone and have an overwhelming victory? Honestly, I didn't know you could fight. Aren't you usually a performer? What sort of opponents are you looking for?

[ Shi Qingxuan is, decidedly, not a martial god, but he at least knows plenty of people who fight. How is it Hisoka is also a fighter? He thought they were kindred spirits! ]

[ This response is kind of surprising.

So much so that he isn't sure what to make of it. His head cants to the side as he reads it a few times before finally responding in a very articulate way: ]

Huh?

[ What "huh"?? Hisoka is the one who prayed to him!

Ah, well, never mind. Maybe this anonymous person isn't Hisoka, but Hisoka was reading along and decided to prank him. ]

Sorry, sorry. It must be someone else I heard there. But you can try again anytime!

[ And now he'll just message Hisoka directly! ]

I heard your prayer, but it was a little confusing. Are you playing a joke on me?

A little lightbulb comes up over his head. He's quite surprised that he's actually been talking to a god. Is that something that Windy has said before. Maybe! Hisoka listens sometimes, and then sometimes he forgets things. Since the person is quite strong, but lacks any bloodlust or drive to kill -- he forgets important things that are said. Someone would say that he should try to focus more on what is being said, but why's that? He's found something interesting now, and that's what's MOST important. ]

Did you? I'm surprised! That's quite a power that you have to be able to hear prayers like that, but I suppose that's how it is for a god. Anyway! I was playing a little bit of a joke. I didn't think I'd be heard at all, you see.

[ Shi Qingxuan may or may not have mentioned being a god before. It's the sort of thing he's since realized is a nonissue to most people, and so he's stopped trying to hide it, and...Shi Qingxuan talks a lot, and only sometimes notices when his words go in one ear and out the other with people. ]

As expected of Hisoka! (*＾ワ＾*) Usually I wouldn't be able to hear just any prayer, but things are different here. I don't have many people praying to me, so I heard you right away! It's very useful.

Anyway, it's a bit strange to imagine you fighting. You're strong, but you're not really that type, are you?

That is especially true if you're getting into fights that can kill you! I really don't understand. Aren't there better ways to thrill seek than that? If you die, that will be the end; I won't be able to help you. Why not get into friendly spars instead? There needs to be a limit here.
