[ Hisoka has found something to entertain himself with, and that entertainment will probably only last for a few days at best. ]

Um, this is a little embarrassing to bring up at this point, but...

I've actually met so many people here in another world. I didn't know how to talk about it to them, so I just acted like we were meeting for the first time. I wonder, was that wrong? Should I reach out to the people that I knew?

But ... a lot of them did terrible things in that other world... would it be better if they never knew what happened?

[ Which is to say, he didn't realize the potential of fun to be had in pretending he knew people from another world when he has only ever traveled to this one. ]

I think I'd be tempted to tell them.

If you're friends with them here, then give them the choice of whether they want to know or not. If you don't really talk to them here, then don't bother. There's no need to make things weird for them.

Why would you not tell them? Surely they have a right to know and stop themselves from making the same mistake?

If it happened in another world, then the person you knew then and the person you met now might not truly be the same person. We're all from other worlds to begin with. It's not hard to imagine that there could be different versions of the same person out there who only share surface similarities.

However, for your peace of mind, I don't think it would hurt to bring it up to them. Even if they're not the same person, that past is still going to weigh on your mind. Talking about it won't hurt.

You remember them but they don't remember you? How one-sided.

It's pointless to worry too much about what happened or will happen in other worlds. You can find plenty to worry about without making people responsible for things they only did in another sequence.
