(She is less subtle, by far, than a certain other lady from her world. Maybe she should be more careful, but why? This is fun. The Dothraki have rubbed off on her. No, get your mind out of the gutter. Not like that for a long time at least.)

What do you look for in a partner? When you are under the influence of the moons, who do you gravitate towards?

(People who are good for you or people who are a bit naughty?)

Any regrets?

[Inner spirit animal? Most likely. The mention of innocent women makes him think.]

I'm not a big fan of innocent women to begin with. Life doesn't leave you innocent. I'm not the kind of man who'd know what to do with that.

[He's been thinking about that. It might be best. For them and for him. Distance and clarity. It's noble on his part.

Even if he hates himself for it.]

...What about being here? Or about my problems? People in my world don't talk about their problems. I've walked past therapy offices here and it's...weird. Seeing people so willing to...talk.

[He wants to talk though. Man he does.]

[He's used to being wanted - and to having others want him right away. He's not the worst of his colleagues, not by a long shot, but.]

This place is very different from the one I'm from. It's a bit nervewracking.

[Don has to take a long drag of his cigarette before responding. Studying her response he finally responds.]

It's a simpler more romantic time.

At least for most human beings. What I gather here is that this world is set in it's ways. Mine is full of possibility. We're on the verge of doing things like this world -dreaming about them.

So it's hard to keep up, but once you understand it it's a little boring. Thankfully there's a lot to understand.

We have electricity and running water.

[he smiles.]

Space travel is new. So your world is one of those stuck in the past ones? What else is new to you?
