What do you look for in a partner? When you are under the influence of the moons, who do you gravitate towards?

Have made a point not to get too influenced by the moon cycles. Hard to tell what's you and what's... something else.

[And autonomy is the most important thing to Rey, always.]

I trust you're aware of at least one of the partners I've sought out.

I tend to find myself attracted to people who are strong, confident, intelligent, open-minded, interesting, and pretty.

I've never given into my moon cycle, but I'm not sure if the Cordis moon really counts. It's more of building pressure than a growing urge so it's been pretty easy for me. [Well outside of the fact Chroma burns two times faster during that cycle.]

But my other reasoning for it is if I do end up with a partner, I'd want it to be sincere. Not born of some pressure or need, it feels.....wrong to me.

Funny thing about that, actually. When I find a new partner under Iris's influence, it's almost always someone I've found and talked with already. Maybe we've only spoken a couple times, but I at least know their name and who they are. Never hopped into bed with a stranger even when my bunny instincts are going wild.

[Heh. "Hopped".]

Course, I've got a pretty wide swath of people I consider friends, so that's not as narrow a field as it might sound. And... somehow I've become really okay with that. As long as they're okay with what's happening, relaxed, and can have a sense of humor about the whole thing, we're good. The last one's important because, let's face it, this whole thing is a little ridiculous.

I tend to be attracted to people with a strong will and who are rather greedy and know what they want. A bit stubborn and definitely teasing types. Still, you know, you want to give it your all to protect them and be by their side because they're definitely worth it and even more.

But then, I'm also pretty open with my type. Especially during worst of Sanguis. It's not at all unusual to go from fighting to sex.

Back when I was still under Iris' influence my primary concern was that they be willing... and have the stamina to keep up with me.

[Who has time for subtle? Certainly not this woman. She can get behind being direct.]

Now I'm under Sanguis' sway I find my preferences lean more... aggressive. Partners who'll give me a challenge.

Y'know, I never really thought about it before, but...

I guess it'd be people I know I can have fun with? But that's for both in and outside of the moons.

Back home, it was someone who made me smile, had similar interests.

I've avoided things here, so far.

When I'm under the moon's influence, I just sort of... ignore it. I don't gravitate to anyone.

I don't know if there's a type I gravitate towards, but I'm going to try to just stay inside from now on and hope that doesn't backfire.

Honestly, I'm finding I don't have much of a singular preference. People who are willing to put up with me still being somewhat inexperienced I suppose? I grew up with some issues dealing with physical contact and affection that's taken me years to move past and when I arrived the whole idea of this place had me on edge, so that factors in as well...

The kind of woman with eyes that have seen things, words that have done things, and tastes that set her above the rest of the flock. Poetry and attempts at flattery aside, someone I can talk to. And here it's just- that's a hard question to answer right now.

I tried not to gravitate towards anyone. The Force had other plans, though.
