[Don is newly not furry but he's also looking annoyed and angry. His normally pristine features are grim. He's human - back to his handsome self but his hair hangs over his features and he's aggressively smoking a cigarette.]

So apparently I spend Sanguis as a bear thing. I know there's another fucking moon coming and I don't know what else is going to happen.

For the people who end up furry, you what - shave? And How do you handle clothing. Somebody ought to write a fucking book on this and let me publish it.

[He exhales smoke before taking another long drag on cigarette.]

And I'm not normally this open about this kind of thing but I need to moonlace. Bad. I'll buy you dinner and drinks. Or owe you in this case.

[He mutters something like takes all of the fun out of this before he sighs, leaning back and trying to relax.]

[Ugh. Why is he thinking about this. Why why why. Shaking his head, he brushes it off.] That's why I move forward. But it can wait.

[ What is extra modern? Whatever, he'll find out. At least Finn has heard of Christmas before... when that serial killer dressed in red had a spree. It would make sense for people to have new shoes around that time.

Still, the intended message does get across. Going from little to a lot. He gets it.

What he doesn't think about is how easily he just agreed to work with Don again. Oh well. The man's good at what he does. ]

[He shakes his head] Plus I'm working. I'm trying to build a business here and it's tough. I'm...

I only know how to sell things. That's harder then it looks.

Hm... I would say use this time to take a vacation, but sometimes keeping busy is the vacation...

Anyway, I'd say you're doing a good job with this business thing so far. You just got here. Give it time.

[It's not good enough it will never be good enough. But his smile is sincere and real because he's good at pretending.]

I'll get in touch with you in a few days or so to talk this over. Your poster went over really well with the museum by the way. Did I tell you that?

[ He doesn't realize Don's pretending but he still feels like he can't explain his confidence well enough. Doesn't matter, though. Time will tell, anyway.

But that gets his eyebrow to rise. ] Really? No, I didn't know that... That's good. I'm glad they liked it. Thanks.

[He nods.] I met somebody from your...corner of space by the way. Obi-Wan Kenobi? A nice guy. Some kind of space cop.

[ ... Space cop. ]

Jedi. [ Finn's smiling like he could laugh but he doesn't. Maybe he should sit Don down and explain things, after all. ]

I met him, too, but he's from around... fifty years in my past? Give or take. I've heard of these skips in time happening before but... still strange to see.

Right. Jedi's a space cop. Works for the government.

[he pauses] isn't it?

L[He's nonplussed as his arms cross over his chest.] He'd be smart to ask you for sports scores then.

Sort of. They didn't always. From what I understand, they used to be more... nomadic. Then they took the whole being the good guys thing a little far and got involved with the Republic Senate... A lot happened after that but it doesn't really matter.

He'd probably say they were peace keepers or something. I couldn't describe it any other way.

... I don't know if it's smart to ask about your own future but I wouldn't be able to tell him about sports, anyway, at least. [ He says it with a smile but he doesn't even know what kind of sports survived during the Empire, much less if Kenobi survived the purge. ]

You wouldn't ask about your own future? Not know what sports to bet on? Make a million...whatever you guys use for dollars?

[He nods slowly.] Listen, before we go all Noah's ark let me actually get more information about your world too. Once you've checked the stores let's meet up and compare notes.

[ ... Finn had asked about his future, actually, now that he thinks about it. It's almost impossible to not ask. Quite the moral dilemma he finds himself in.

And then he's thrown for another loop. ] Noah's what? [ Who's Noah?

... Whatever, he waves his hand. ] Never mind, not important. Yeah, we can do that. Meet up for lunch or something.

[Oh my God he's going to have to-

Don Draper and religion have a weird and complicated history and he closes his eyes for a moment before nodding.]

Let me know when you have something. As soon as you can, and if it's that time of the month-

[His teeth grit. Ugh. Being ...a weird...animal person thing now and saying things like that. Ugh.]

[ Finn huffs a laugh. ]

Thanks, Don. It won't be a problem. [ He can work around it fine, don't worry. Still funny to see him so awkward about something, though, considering first impressions. ]
