Today, we'll talk about field dressing a deer.

[ You know, after you hunt an animal and prepare it so that the meat doesn't spoil. Except, it's April 1st and Riou is doing his best. So he turns the camera...

...Onto a deer dressed in camo.

He will not be explaining how he managed to get that sweater on that deer. ]

That is how you field dress a deer.

[ Though he's very confused about the level of deer-person he's talking to right now. It's not Iris... is this a real talking deer?? He's so confused right now. He's having an internal crisis about this. The deer he's made friends(?) with according to Samatoki is definitely not a person capable of talking, but this person definitely is... ]

What actually is field dressing a deer, though? Since this is not it.

Field dressing any animal is a procedure to preserve the meat for eating. If you don't do it immediately after the kill, natural gases and ammonia in the body make the meat inedible. It's important to do as a matter of respect and not wasting a hunted animal.

[ So it was a.. horror-then-switch joke. Or well, a hunting but Riou knows better than to post a video of a bunch of gorey stuff on the network, but the shock for people who know what it is was the joke!! Apparently barely anyone knows what it is though. ]

It's an April Fool's prank, since I didn't hunt him.

That makes sense. I'm from a big city, so hunting isn't a thing.
