Today, we'll talk about field dressing a deer.

[ You know, after you hunt an animal and prepare it so that the meat doesn't spoil. Except, it's April 1st and Riou is doing his best. So he turns the camera...

...Onto a deer dressed in camo.

He will not be explaining how he managed to get that sweater on that deer. ]

That is how you field dress a deer.

When I can. Being outside of the city has toxic effects, so it's not possible to get too far, but there's a wide berth of starting points.

[ But he's far more comfortable there than the city.. there's still plenty of space to not run into other people though, even before the effects start settling in. ]

Mn, have noticed the toxicity increase the farther out you go, but still prefer to be out there sometimes. Helps during Sanguis.

[That way she can take her aggression out on things like bears and trees rather than having to worry about punching some rando for looking at her the wrong way.]

I prefer to be here during Iris and there outside of it.

[ ...Iris is a little different than Sanguis though. Being alone in a forest doesn't help being painfully horny and affectionate. ]

[Hearing things like that, Rey is so grateful that she wasn't "blessed" by that particular moon.]

It isn't as bad as people make it out to be if you address it in a way that works for you.

[ The number one cause of Iris suffering is the people who lock themselves away and refuse to accept what's happening to them. But he's gotten the "Oh. Iris." response multiple times, including from fellow Iris when he first realized his moonblessing, so he simply offers that explanation. Being Iris doesn't bother him, but if he were in the forest with a boner and neither ice packs nor friends, he wouldn't be a happy camper. ]

Guess it's easier for those who are all down to fuck already, or aren't as badly affected by the moons. Some seem to have a harder time with the cycles than others.

[She's noticed people aren't all affected the same way under Sanguis like she is, plus some have better coping mechanisms to deal with the aggression than she ever could muster.]

[ In Riou's case, it's less down-to-fuck and more Riou's tendency to jump when asked to jump, without asking how high because you don't question orders. His loyalty is ultimately to MTC which is why he hasn't just been focused solely on the task of moonlacing, but he isn't turning down opportunities to create chroma for sure.

The other two explanations make sense to him, though, so he nods in agreement. ]

The shame many feel at the possibility of having that challenge in public seems to be a deterrent for many to try to learn ways around it, too.
