Probably for the best, then. I can't imagine waking up to those colors every day would be all that pleasant, even if the band hadn't turned out rotten.

Maybe not. I feel a bit bad, though, since he'd liked it so much.

I've learned my lesson, though, I'm not buying him any more shirts. He seems to have a tendency to ruin them.

Yeah. Turns out I've got friends from my world here.

Apparently I was even here before, but I don't remember any of it. Makes it kind of complicated, but if anything settling in has been almost too easy.

That sounds complicated. I can't imagine what it'd be like to have no memories of things people around you expect you to know.

It hasn't been easy for me, but the sudden upheaval also isn't new. I've been attempting to adjust to a new lifestyle since before I arrived here. Having someone here from my world has made it better.

I've heard people can control the element associated with their moon, though. That part intrigues me.

Can't say I'm looking forward to that. Last thing I need is to cause a spark while I'm working with gunpowder.

First of all, from what I'd heard, it takes no small amount of Chroma to actually use the elements.

Secondly, why are you working with gunpowder??

More than just a handshake and a slap on the back, you mean. That leaves me out, for now.

I work with guns and ammo. Don't worry, I've had all the safety certification you could ask for, and I'm not the type to go around making pipebombs or anything like that.
