Bonjour, everyone.

This post will be much more light-hearted than my last one. While looking for things to keep me occupied during Sanguis so as to not disturb others, I happened across this book in the “digital library.”

It’s a gripping tale of a Prismal girl and her horse seeking freedom in a world that would hope to suppress them. I don’t want to spoil it, but I did notice that it seems to be a part of a series. If anyone knows where I might find physical copies of the rest of them, please let me know.

Incidentally, it has inspired me to ride again. Where can I find a stable? Or horses, for that matter? I was in the equestrian club in school, so I assure you I am no amateur.

Bien cordialement,

Serge

I don't know anything about horses here...

[In Tyria they're reserved for the super extremely rich as it's simply too easy for them to be killed in the vast expanses between cities and settlements. Most people stick to pack animals like Dolyaks.]

But I do have a Skyscale - a sort of dragon - if you'd like to go for a ride on her sometime!

[Also she'll never admit it out loud but that book has her interested.]

[Seeing French on the network? Well, that's a first.]

Bonsoir.

I'm not sure about the books, but you might check the Greatmoon Groves on level two. It seems to be the agricultural center of the city.

Lovely song, by the way.

Ah! What a beautiful cover!
You know, I believe I might have read one of those. Another in the series, I mean. I am afraid I do not tend to be very methodical about my reading choices, so I never looked into finding the rest... but I did enjoy it. (Well, now I am not sure it WAS the same series. But there was definitely a horse on the cover.)

Do you avoid going out during Sanguis?

Serge! I am definitely sure I own all the volumes! I had bought them in digital form because I was drawn in by the premise, and I do not regret spending Chroma on them. The story really was captivating, and I would recommend it heartily to everyone!

Would you like to borrow them? We could also discuss about horses, if you will.

[ Yes, she has a horse, and yes, it's made entirely of crystals. ]

A valiant heroine seeking a means to free herself from the oppression of societal norms by fleeing upon...horseback?

I dare say you have won my interest but sadly, I have yet to come across such riveting literature.

How odd that books such as these manage to span across entire galaxies, nay, DIMENSIONS (a possibility, I'd think). You did such a good job in summarizing it that I can't help but wish to pick it up myself.

Though, you are looking for more? I might not know where to get those, yet, but I may have a collection or two of short stories filled with wild abandon!

[ Please France, do not peddle off your hobby of dimestore novella. ]
