[ JUST AFTER TRIPLE MOONS END: It took him asking a Lunatian co-worker in the Moon Knights to figure out how to keep a message from a few specific IDs: thus Shi Qingxuan, Xie Lian, and Hua Cheng aren't able to view this transmission.

His hand falls away from the camera and he smiles at it, sitting back and tucking a loose lank of hair behind his ear. His bangs are a long mess across his forehead and framing his face anyway; really, he could stand a haircut. ]

Hey, my name's Inuzuka Shino, and I'm asking for your help and guidance today.

[ He briefly bows to the camera from his seated position. Straightening up, his hair's all framing his face again, a mess. ]

I'm trying to set up a romantic date for two of my most important friends here, but I don't really know what's good outside of good food, so... Something that's not related to a lot of technology, that's nature appreciating, I think that'd be good? If anyone has suggestions on stuff like that, I'd be thankful to hear from you.

I have not been here for the previous summer, but ... where I am from, during the warm months there are sometimes nights of falling stars, nights that are often known beforehand.

If there is something like this here, stargazing during such a night would be a lovely... date, would it not? Unless, of course, one of those involved cannot see.

[ There are many, many ways to appreciate nature, not all of them about sight. ]

[ He smiles when he sees Xichen, hands offscreen but making some abortive motion. ]

I'd think so? I don't know, but that's what someone else was sorta saying that had me wondering about looking at stars... usually it's the moon, but the moons here aren't like the one back home.

[ So now he's contemplating what Xichen said, and that seems like it'd be fine? Xie Lian is the one who might feel more if he let himself, but he's not sure he would, and... hm. ]

I'll have to ask... who would know about those kinds of falling stars?

The moons here are more complicated, especially with the part of people brought here despite not wanting to be anywhere but where they belong. Or, for some, giving them another chance. And they are, I believe, for most of us too strange.

And the stars are still different, but even if you know them well, even the differences can be soothing.

As to who might know, I believe those who study the ways of things would be in the Lunar Scientia?

[ It's not like Xichen knows the term 'meteorite showers' but. That's the one. ]

The moons are unpredictable enough it seems like a bad idea even if we're used to them, in different ways...

[ But he shakes his head, ruffling his hair with his hands to make those particular thoughts go away. ]

Oh, right! That's right! Maybe even at that University? That seems like something that'd be studied there.

Mm. Where knowledge is gathered, there will likely be this kind of information.

[ Xichen hesitates a moment, his eyes turning more serious even as he hums again. ]

You do not trust what brought us here.

[ He's asking for confirmation, not doubting or questioning the choice. ]

... perhaps not. But... it still gives a chance to those whose life is no more for... at least a little longer.
