[It’s a rough world to be in for someone who is unfamiliar with the technology and is lacking the attention span to keep at it. But he's nothing if not determined! As a result some of those tuning into this network post might notice how scripted the attached video sounds. All due to the fact that it's been recorded then trashed several times until a good take was captured.]

[As for the man caught on film he looks so old-timey circus it ought to be a parody. But it isn't.]

It’s my birthday today! 'Why is that important' you may ask? Because you don’t know me and certainly I don’t know you. Well, let me tell you!

[The video pans away from the smiley individual to a cake that looks quite like this and then back. If Mike hadn't been raised in the circus he might've been destined to be a chef.]

Now I’ve gone ahead and baked this cake. But I've only recently arrived so I don’t have enough people here that I can share it with. Now isn’t that just something? It’s a real problem I have on my hands. So, I need some volunteers.

[The perspective settles on the counter so he can point directly at the camera. You, yes you, imaginary audience member.]

But there’s a catch! You’ve got to introduce yourself and let me know what you lot do around here for fun. It’s a fair trade, I think.

Not really. You can just show up during the store hours and you'll be all good. You'll be greeted at the door by our adorable staff and guided to a table, then be given a menu of dishes from sandwiches to full meals prepared by myself using only the freshest ingredients.

[ He says with a touch more pride in that last bit. He is the cook after all. ]

Any time during that you can request for a maid or butler to sing, dance, or keep you company for a bit. Should you want to speak to the manager, she's also around. She's a very big-hearted and agreeable person, so I'm sure she'd be more than willing to hear anyone out.

[ He actually knows that for a fact and if someone is mean to her, he will gut them like a fish and leave them in a dark alley to die slowly. ]

[Mike appreciates this hustling. But he definitely sees it as it is. P l e a s e, he's from the circus. Just as long as you're not trying to swindle him Bishop, all's good.]

But what about chatting up the kitchen staff? Seems like a shame to enjoy the food and not thank the chef for it.

[Because this guy just sounds so proud over it. He's gotta be putting his all in! That's someone worth meeting at least once.]

[ Hustle? Hustle? There is ko hustling happening here. Just carefully worded and practiced responses to advertise a splendid cafe with food, drinks, and service that can compete with any upper class restaurant and still have more to give. ]

Hmmm...I...am not certain, but I also don't see why you can't.

[ He was never really much for getting praise up front when it came to cooking. He was taught that am empty plate and a happy face was the greatest praise chefs could get. ]

[Despite that hesitant answer Mike is still pretty eager about the idea.]

I think I'd like to meet anyone who tries to make others happy. Doesn't matter that it's food! Actually, it matters a lot because it's food. At least that's how I feel about it. As long as it brings a smile to someone's face it's all good!

[It's his business to get into peoples' business like that! To make them happy! Of course it applies to cuisine too, duh.]
