I wonder if there are any classes at the gym.

Alternatively, if you still want to punch things, you could punch a bag at the gym instead of punching a person.

Maybe try the yoga then. It takes a little while to get the hang of, especially incorporating the breathing with the poses.

My issue is anxiety, not anger management, so I can't speak to that specifically, but it has helped my anxiety a bit. Mindfulness is shown to help with anger as well.
