Apparently some places won't pierce the ears of people being influenced by Cordis. They wouldn't even listen when I told them I'd been considering it for a while.

So, since those places are stubborn, does anywhere know somewhere good to get your ears pierced?

I could just change a dumb pair of earrings once the holes heal.

You also don't know where the holes are going to end up right now. Better to start with your default ears than end up with something that's hidden under your hair most of the month. [Crowley is pretty sure, by now, that Akechi wouldn't bother with piercings if he didn't want people to see them.]

Sure, it's not a tattoo, but it's nearly as permanent. Literally one more night. Then you can start the triple with the job done.

I don't know many people with piercings. They're not exactly popular back home.

Traditional types think it's an insult to the body your parents gave you. And since they have so much power, younger people are too afraid of losing job opportunities if they get them.

Besides, it's not like your sperm donor's opinion would leave you wanting to do anything but the opposite, and if you thought your mother would mind I doubt you'd be considering it.

I don't remember her being the traditional type at all. I would be worried about getting in trouble at work for it back home, but I can just take them out when I need to look professional.

Unless this all gets resolved and we can go back home within a couple weeks of me getting them done, but I don't see that happening.
