Hello, everyone! [He waves for the camera.] My name is Ren and I'm an idol. I approach the network today because I wish to meet other singers. Professional ones or just people who really love to sing.

You see, I'm part of a seven member boyband, so being on my own out here is kind of lonely. So I want to meet others who enjoy singing to help fill the void.

I also do play the saxophone, so hearing about others playing musical instruments would be nice.

Yeah. I stopped for awhile since they were sorta like a crutch and I think I've been better about it now but I really do just like listening to music a lot rather than just using it to drown out the gossip.

[A bit of a small shrug here. Things have been better in Inaba and the gossiping housewives who think he couldn't hear them had lessened greatly so there wasn't much of a need to wear them so much as just a want.]

That is quite the coincidence. Then again, they do say seven is a lucky number. Maybe we can share stories of our bands sometime?

I've always thought that seven is a good number for the stage. A balanced odd number highlights the center of the unit well.

But more than that, I'd love to hear about your group! I have all of our music from home in addition to the subunit work I've done here, so I'd be happy to share that with you in return.

Surprisingly, it isn't as difficult as you'd think. Given that you have experience, you can pursue nearly any path you'd like with no trouble. I only know the ins and outs of my agency, but I'm an employee in addition to being an idol, so I should be able to help if you decide to look into it.

I wasn't here when they were an official band, but something like that. We all sing and participate in writing the lyrics. We do also have our own solo projects as well as group ones.

Dancing is also a beautiful talent and I can see you performing and enchanting dance, lady.

This is a saxophone. You play it by blowing into it and pressing the buttons to make different sounds.

Hmm... no. I have been told that my music does light people's hearts, but that's merely a metaphor. And our music does bring happiness.

[And weird hallucinations, but that's more for the eye of the viewer.]

[Or maybe that's just her region. There was Metal Legion. They were considered a band just not a boyband.

The music I've heard so far is nothing like what I'm used to but it's enjoyable in it's own way. Still, I'd give anything at this point to be able to sing a tavern song and not have people look at me strangely...

I play violin better than I sing, though.

Well, that's not too far off. Idols are entertainers. We sing, act and even do modeling jobs. So an entertainment guild would be a good synonym.

[He laughs.]

[Lucy won't admit to finding the idea of meeting an idol kind of exciting. He's pretty handsome too. Since she doesn't recognize him, she concludes that he isn't from 'her' world. If he was, surely she'd have seen him on an ad somewhere.

I intend to. Lately my music has been written by the most talented composer... but I have some knack for writing songs myself. I'm much better at lyrics however.

[ Weiss is more known for her contributions to theatre in Lunatia, but she's dabbled in music too and has released various singles here and there. Someone new probably won't recognise her, though. It isn't something she's going to flaunt, either. ]

Seven members in the band? Doesn't that get tiring? You'd only have such few solos.

[ She can't even begin to imagine... She's more used to performing alone, though. ]

It does sometimes. Honestly, when we first started I didn't want to join the band... but I don't regret I did. We do try to get everyone solos every now and then.

[He shrugs.] And there's always solo and smaller group projects. I do have my own songs.
