Consent is very important in making it a more enjoyable experience. It's best to discuss with your partner things you're okay with and things you're not okay with doing.

It doesn't have to be a drawn out conversation. All you really have to say is, "I'm okay with this, but not that." Something like, " I want to keep everything above the belt."

The first time I did something beyond kissing and hugging, we stayed clothed and just touched each other above the waist. We did grind a bit, but nothing more than that. Afterwards, we just took care of ourselves in private.
