Complete heal? Months. Healed enough to touch, more like a few weeks. Generating chroma can heal some wounds faster so maybe even less.

They mostly do. It varies. Usually once your body goes back to normal everything's where it should be.

Depends. Tongue is good, one of the fastest to heal. For penis, either ampallang, apadravya or frenum. All good for stimulating a partner. I have two of the latter kind. They feel good even when jerking off. For something that mostly stims the wearer, go with nipple or guiche. That's along the perineum.

Medical or implant-grade steel or titanium for materials. Barbells over captive bead rings. Make sure to choose the gauge and barbell length well.
