When he asks if her feet are sensitive, she initially starts to nod her head, a motion understandable through how her chin knocks against the top of his skull, but-]

Ye- Or... no? Yes? I don't know if they're... anymore weak than normal human feet... it just feels really weird?

[As he walks, she tries to demonstrate, carefully stretching out her legs in front of him and trying to flex her feet. (Curiously, her left foot seems to have a spot of vitiligo-esque lack of pigment going on compared to her darker right foot, in echo of the white sock on her usual equine back leg.]

With hooves, you don't really feel anything but the impact... ? Does that make sense? Like, the frog in the middle is a little more soft, but... I didn't expect it to be this different...

It must feel strange.

[ He'd only been a jinba for a little bit in her dream, so he hadn't really had the time to think about such things. He nods along to her explanation, though. He doesn't know much about horses, but considering they put metal shoes on them, it must be difficult to feel much.

He takes a hold of one of her feet (the lighter one, which he remembers from her usual legs,) mostly since she hasn't felt very much, to help her experience it for herself. He's not going to tickle her... but he's tempted. Just a little bit. ] ]

Have you felt the grass? I can let you down, now that we are here.

Yeah, it-

[She's about to say that it does feel strange... but then he. Touches? her foot??? And he might not be actively trying to tickle her, but the sensation is so foreign that she can't help but kind of twitch her ankles, and the feeling of skin on skin contact there is...

Weird? It's weird, but like... she accidentally half-splutters and half-laughs in surprise. Quick, act normal!!!]

G- Grass could be fun? It looks soft!

[ Ah, it looks like his touch did tickle her. It's probably better that he sets her down, before she shakes too much and they both end up on the grass. So he's careful as he reaches up and lifts her off of his shoulders, setting her down in the soft grass. ]

[ He nods. Though actually, that was a little more strenuous than he let off, so he might just go ahead and sit down... ]

It is pleasant in the morning, when you can feel the dew.

[She's airborne again... ! Obediently, Konoha tries to lock her joints and freeze so he can move her however is best, no matter how might ridiculous she might look and how right before he sets her down she suddenly pulls her knees up as if afraid to put her feet down in the grass after all, but-

She did it! She's standing in the grass- !

And... waddling all over the grass with another vaguely tickled laugh, straight out marveling at how weird (again!) it was.]

You can feel all the different blades of grass... I never imagined that!

[... Maybe not all of them, but.]

Doumeki, quick- Show me your feet!

[ He nods, nearly smiling as he watches her enjoy something he takes for granted. He'd never thought of what it would be like to never feel the grass beneath your feet... ]

It's a unique feeling.

[ He tilts his head at her question, though. She wants to see his feet...? Well, she did ask him to do something. And Doumeki always does as he's asked. ]

One moment.

[ He reaches over to untie his shoes and remove his socks, tucking them away safely. He definitely hasn't gone barefoot in a while. ]

What about them?

[ His feet are pretty big -- proportional for a guy his size, but still. Compared to Konoha, he's huge. ]

[While Konoha has never considered anything as crazy and impossible as “what would I look like if I were human” with anything more than passing whimsy, for some reason... well, for very large being-a-jinba and being-used-to-tallness reasons, she’s never imagined she’d be short.

But here she is, barely five feet tall even though she retains the thicker muscles and strength of her mountain breed blood, the white sock that is now a... white foot? Whatever!

She curiously (and very awkwardly, nearly toppling) manages to coordinate a flop onto her butt across from where he sits so she can strength out her legs... and touches their feet together. It makes her giggle a bit again, flexing her toes and curving the sole as far as she can, comparing the rather dramatic difference in size.]

My feet as so small... ! No wonder I can’t balance good!

[His are so big they must be so useful?!?]

[ Doumeki watches with mild curiosity. He supposes it must be like when he'd first grown a tail or woken up half-fish. New appendages always feel strange. This was very new for her, so it's nice to see Konoha enjoy it. ]

It is proportional to our height, generally.

[ Poor Doumeki had shot up like bamboo when he turned 14, and hadn't stopped growing for a long time. But she's right, it's supposed to be for balance, which is why they grow first. He doesn't mind wiggling his toes for her, if it makes her laugh. ]

[It definitely makes her laugh.

Admittedly, laughter and smiles came easily to Konoha, so maybe that wasn’t impressive, but. She stretches a foot up to poke his toes with her toes, then, dried by a curious idea... okay, you can lace fingers between people, can you lace toes???

Attempting it, she tries to spread the digits as wide as she can, expression betraying fierce concentration...

Until instead of victory she feels a twinge in the middle of her sole, another... and then a sudden clench of tightness in a- what’s in feet? Tendons???]

O- Ow?!

[What is a Charley Horse and also why is it called a horse???]

Oh.

[ That looks painful. She's not used to having toes, is she? Doumeki winces sympathetically. ]

Be careful, Konoha-san. Humans have many nerves in their feet. It can be very painful if you injure them.

[ Like stubbing your little toe... ouch. ]

[Not "oh", Doumeki? Ow! Ow?!

Looking totally betrayed by her new feet, Konoha pulls it back close to her body and tries to cradle it in her hands, completely caught off guard by the weird feeling of... muscle? in your foot... when a hoof was... well, more nail...]

You can injure them just stretching weird?!

[She knew they were a weak point, but- ! Still being near comically dramatic about this completely new type of pain, she struggles to figure out how to make it stop, pulling her foot this way and that to try and make the twinging stop (and hissing when a move backfires and makes it worse).]

[ Oh... well, and ow. Doumeki watches her with some sympathy, even if his face stays mostly the same. ]

Yes, they are not meant to move that way. The range of motion is quite limited.

[ Doumeki holds out his hand for her, completely unbothered by her feet. ]

I can rub them for you, if you are sore.

[The toes had looked so fun and flexible... what is this betrayal...

Still nursing her Charley horse, Konoha considers the offer for a moment, wondering if it might be a bit weak to give in already... but her mother sometimes rubbed her father’s feet and he always seemed like it helped, so-

She finally extends the darker of her two feet his way, still half twitching with the cramp.]

Can you make it stop... ?

[He’s a human he must be an expert!]

I believe so. Where does it hurt?

[ Doumeki reaches forward and wraps his big hands over one of her tiny feet. Really, he could probably fit one in each, huh. Well, either way he starts by rubbing the soles with his thumb to encourage blood flow. ]

In the middle...

[Right in the arch of the foot, the unexpected twinges making her toes curl in right and leg tighten up as she tries to trust that he knows best...

But that... feels...]

Wh- What's "too much"?

[She might lose her mind... how weird is this? She can feel his thumbs moving on the bottom of her foot... it's so different from how it felt if someone were to tap on her hoof???]

[ Doumeki presses his thumbs there, massaging the arch of her foot before swapping to the other one. ]

I can increase the pressure, to help ease the pain. Let me know if it is painful.

[ He squeezes a little tighter, keeping his warm fingers pressed into the soles of her feet and rubbing slow circles against the soft skin there. It really is surprising -- most people have harder skin on their feet, but Konoha's are soft and new. No surprise there, he supposes. ]

[See, this must be the problem? Lunatia went and gave her new, pretty noble lady feet? Not like the calloused, rough peasant feet that would actually match the sort of work and life she was used to... so rude?

She plans to say something, she thinks she did, but suddenly, she doesn’t know why or how but. Suddenly the pads of his fingers are pressing somewhere really right? Seizing up with a sudden whimper of sound sort of right, eyes squeezing shut and biting on her lip, sort of painful but also somehow a good pain???]

[ Guess that's what happens when you have human feet for the first time, huh. But Doumeki doesn't really mind, even if his touch seems to be affecting Konoha pretty drastically. He's happy to help out his friends, after all. ]

Does that feel good?

[ He's going to keep going, rest assured. He presses over the spot that Konoha seemed to like, a little harder as he tests out her reactions. ]

[How is she supposed to answer that question when his hands are still moving? This is not what she expected at all?]

Ye, eh, es?

[Her reply stutters out with a furtive squirm, hands moving to suddenly press down hard between her legs to keep her kimono closed and decent while she experiences one of the weirdest and yet slightly painfully pleasurable sensations she's ever felt as her new feet flex and curl to the strong touch of his fingers.]

D- Doumeki, this is normal, right- ? Right?

[As long as it's normal she can just enjoy it!!!]

[ Doumeki shrugs. Has he gotten off Yashiro by just rubbing his feet? Probably. Does that mean it's not normal? Nah. ]

[ Spurred on by her reactions, Doumeki continues the slow press of his fingers against her feet, squeezing carefully and easing his fingers over the soft, sensitive skin. Hey, it's free ~~real estate~~ chroma, just because he's gay doesn't mean he can't help Konoha enjoy herself. ]

O- Oh, okay- ! That's good, that's really good- !

[That it was okay, not a commentary on how it feels. Or, well, actually, it's also a comment about how it feels? It is a bit odd to feel the warmth of moonlacing associated with... feet, when she's never had much of a registerable touch in that part of her body, hooves didn't quite generate chroma like skin to skin did. There was nothing at all anyone could do to her hoof that would make her hips wriggle or her eyelashes flutter or her teeth nip into her lip.

Or.

Let out a noise she definitely has never emitted outside of her bedroom (or against the persimmon tree out front of the farmhouse), a second later slapping a hand over her mouth with a scandalized expression.

Doumeki, she's so sorry!!!]

[ It's fiiiiine...... Doumeki doesn't even slow down as Konoha moans under his touch. He keeps massaging the arch of her foot, shifting down to the heel, then back up. ]

You do not need to feel embarrassed.

[ He says that, and he even keeps going. I mean, this is Prisma. Friends help each other. Friends get chroma for friends. Even a guy who's completely uninterested in women can help a girl out. If it feels good, go for it, Konoha. ]

[Okay, she's just going to be. Really relieved again that Doumeki is her comrade-in-arms when it came to being hopelessly and ridiculously dumbly devoted to one person only and that person is Yashiro and not her, so this... is... fine.]

[She lets out another embarrassing groan, shoulders curling inward around the brace of her hand holding her garment shut through her legs wriggling around in the weirdly conflicted sensation of Baby's First Foot Massage.]
