Saw talk about us getting sent back to where we came from.

[...Not that she doesn't understand why, 'cause, well... hey. Everyone's life got kind of interrupted by being pulled here, right? Plenty of folks probably left a shitload behind. But... pff, well. This is more just. Biting the bullet and getting her own thoughts out 'cause she can.]

I got reminded of where I came from by what happened with the plants. What it reminded me of got a lot worse, though. I don't know how much of a universal constant this is, but I was 3 or 4 when the Raccoon City incident happened on Earth. Plus I've been trying to move on from some things a long time.

I wonder how alone I am saying I wouldn't shed a tear if I couldn't go back.

Yeah, we’ll both probably be able to cope with it better.

Especially since I’ve already decided that I’m going to learn how to fight better, after the vine incident showed me that this place won’t be a complete vacation.

But you should really get yourself employed by a hospital or something if you want to be trusted with stuff more advanced than CPR, I think.
