What is it that keeps you living? Why? What makes it worth it to you?
[That’s, uh. That’s it. That’s the message. There’s no follow-up explanation or anything.

[ Konoka tended not to think of things like that. ]
Eventually, we grow old, or a disease proves too strong. But you're right in that we don't really think about those things until they're right on us. We just assume that unless we're already dying that we don't have one foot close to the door.
But... I can't really answer what you ask. Even if death is fleeting, all the approaches to it aren't the least bit pleasant.

I guess it's still not a pleasant subject, though. Sorry. I feel like I worried a lot of people. Maybe it would've been best not to ask at all.

I guess I'm a worrywart when it comes to keeping people alive.

I'm not looking for it, for the record. I promised someone I would live, so I don't really plan on it anytime soon.

[ Oops. She might have barreled into saying something she shouldn't have... ]
It's good that you remember them. What's their name?

Her name is Hisoka. She owns an antique shop and cafe that I help her with. She's very kind and warm, and cares deeply for people. When I move in, she gave up her bedroom for me and moved into a different one-- She's that sort of person.

I hope you get to meet her again one day.
[ There's no telling how that will pan out with Prisma, but the well wishes for friends was a universal thing Konoka believed in. ]

Sometimes I just try to think what she'd do or say to help me through things. Though I think most of it would be more just 'be nice and make friends, Yuri-chan.'

It's probably not bad advice. It's what I try to do anyway.

My personality's a bit more outgoing, but I'm sure with the right flavor of kindness I think you could figure something out for yourself too!
