Out of curiosity, how many of you are looking for moonlacing partners? I mean, you could probably just ask a friend or something, but for the more available, what do you have to offer that makes you stand out from the others who are looking for partners?

Well, various things happened and I more or less adopted her. Age is a tricky thing to figure out at a glance for most of the people I know back home, really. I'm not too surprised that you're older than I'd be likely to guess.

As for the issues at hand... I apologize, this is inappropriate. Everyone around me seems to grow aroused and I'm having a difficult time stopping myself from acting on it.
I believe it's part and parcel with these changes. It's left me fairly affectionate and worrying about others far too much.
I don't want to force myself into someone's presence and leave them uncomfortable or feeling as though they acted on something they wouldn't usually... but it is already difficult for me to not be around others.
Now it feels quite worse.

( What doesn't come across as easily over text is just how much it pains her to separate herself from others. She's a social person by nature, already. She doesn't deal well with loneliness. Now that's amplified tenfold with her self-imposed quarantine.

That's all right; I was never in the military myself. An organization I had been in before was para-military but for peacekeeping purposes, then for the last six years I've simply gone wherever I've been needed with other medical volunteers. To warzones and remote villages in need of vaccinations and aid, so on.

( It's ok he's in good company, she's something of a high profile watchlist member herself, post-Overwatch. The UN's just lenient with her because she does so much good, they can't really slap her on the wrist and tell her no without it seeming suspicious. )

But I think I may know what you speak of either way; I've been subjected to my own unfortunate side effects.
No one has quite been themselves around me, and I'm not sure how long I'll be able to manage quarantine.

And thank you! It is one of the most commonly-spoken languages, after all. It is usually a safe bet while traveling around, especially working with the UN.
I'm Swiss, so I speak Zürichdeutsch as well as traditional German, a fair bit of French, and my Arabic has been getting better. I was only really able to say numbers and read off medical form fields at first along with "Where are you hurt?". Many of the others I pick up I forget just as quickly; I can't blame anyone for not retaining a language they don't speak often.

At least your French is still up to par! ♥
