Out of curiosity, how many of you are looking for moonlacing partners? I mean, you could probably just ask a friend or something, but for the more available, what do you have to offer that makes you stand out from the others who are looking for partners?

LOOKING FOR I should probably be up front and say that I'm not terribly interested in romance and deep commitments, just a casual good time. I'm interested in socializing, intelligent conversation over dinner, and... well, maybe removed from the whole Chroma aspect, but maybe a bit of sparring if you know martial arts or... whatever combat magic sort of thing you're familiar with. It's probably good to keep ourselves in practice, even if this place seems relatively peaceful.
OFFERING I can provide all of the above, along with some of those bath products I bought the other day. There are... a lot. I'm not actually sure if I can use them all now that I've got my good judgment back.

I don't have many sparring partners at the moment, so I'd be happy to oblige you there. I primarily use weapons and my hand-to-hand is a bit rusty as a result.

That's perfectly fine. I'd say I use both to an extent, since I practice a form of martial arts that allows me to control water. I think some people would view it as magic, but I don't really feel like I ever have.

You control water? As a weapon? ...

You know, I'd quite like to see a demonstration. If you're up to it, of course.

I've been getting that a lot recently. It's not terribly uncommon back home, and there are other variants with earth, fire, and air depending on your ancestry.

But I'm definitely up to it. There are practical, non-combat applications for it as well, so it's not like I haven't been using it at all, but I'd like to keep the combat end fresh, too.

I have to say, it's fascinating to see the wide variety of differences between so many of you humans. Having this power you're speaking of takes it far beyond just being cultural.

Anyway, my schedule is lacking at the moment, so chances are I can meet you at the gym whenever is convenient for you.

Oh, definitely. I was pretty surprised to find out it doesn’t exist in other worlds’ human populations, but it’s not omnipresent in ours, either. We benders are... well, not uncommon, but we’re definitely smaller in number than the non-bending population.

Oh, it's a store on PrismaPlace called Moonlight Path and Body Works. It shouldn't be too difficult to find if you're looking for it, but it is a little easy to get lost there...

Oh really now? Now I'm even more tempted to give it a visit. Sounds like a paradise for me.

Oh, it absolutely is. I ended up going there during Cordis cycle so I wasn’t particularly discerning, but even so it turned out well. I mostly just wish I hadn’t spent so much in one go, honestly.
