01 ☣ [TEXT] [OPEN]

[Sherry's been looking at this comm unit for days trying to figure out how to ask this, today she just decides to bite the bullet.]

I guess there's no way to ask this without sounding insane but, has anyone else here met people from their world but different times?

Togo Hifumi. Pleased to meet you. [Someday she might drop her family name from introductions, but for now it's still habit.]

He gave me the rough outline, and enough of an idea of what came after that I suspect he's got at least one month on me, if not longer.

...Oh dear. That would make it more difficult to judge.

Being on the opposite side of your problem, I'm not sure if I have any practical advice - only that your friend might ask about it eventually, and the truth might help more than dodging the question.

If it does, you may not know - it may only change for him, since you've already lived through that time. Or the ripple effect may mean it doesn't matter, or it might result in things being better than they were.

Whatever the case may be, we're not going to find out right away, but you do have to find a way to manage the gap while we're here.
