... Hypothetically speaking, if someone were to look into finding somewhere to y'know. Spar. Train. Keep the rust off their fighting skills in case we get something worse than a sewer full of giant vines trying to swat us like flies for the hell of it. That kind of thing. Is there anywhere around here that would fit that kind of criteria?

What're the chances of half of those Knights they've got posted around here sticking their noses where they aren't wanted? Most of the Knightly types I've come across aren't the type to just nod and let a bunch of people waving weapons around get on with their day without throwing a tantrum.

And if that's the case and the chances are high... whereabouts here are they least likely to go snooping?

Or take the longest to get to. I'm not picky.

Sure. I'd offer a sign up sheet but I don't have one, so I guess it'll either be on a roof somewhere or down at the beach given that a few people have mentioned it being a good place to spar.

Shame. Thinking on your feet is a pretty good way to fight. It's not like you can study everything an enemy can throw at you so you're prepared.

If you know what you're doing, then you can adjust for what's being thrown at you.

There's some things you can't prepare for. Not in a million years. That's what makes fighting so interesting.

Right? If you predict it, there'd be no challenge to it. Probably a good thing there isn't a guide to it, outside learning fighting techniques.

I'm a knight and I was stationed near a cathedral. All I ever heard was boring ass literature. They fully expected me to read that bs, but I'm not having it.
