I cannot say that my ancestors have treated him all too kindly throughout the years, or that he and I are comfortable with conditions of our bond. However, I'm sure you will find that he's changed greatly since his days as the Count, and that I trust him both as an ally and companion.

He is considerably different than the Dracula I knew.

In any case, there are several differences. Most notably, the Dracula that I had slain was also my father.

Because he wanted to. And he was waiting for me to. It still was not an easy task, and we fought. He probably would have killed me if he didn't realize what he was doing, truthfully.
