The opening of the museum here is enormously exciting, but it also has me thinking about museums at home.

I know there are exhibits about me in at least a few museums - I've never been to see one, because it feels vaguely egotistical to attend an exhibit about yourself? But I've always wondered what sort of things they have to say about me. What parts of my life are worth putting on display for the public.

If there were a museum dedicated to you, what do you suppose would be on exhibit?

Of course. It's a pleasure to meet you, Nakajima-sensei.

[Meeting a famous author absolutely wasn't what he was expecting, but when has anything here ever followed the expected? Nothing is outside of the realm of possibility, but it's probably best to just take things as they come and treat this like a normal interaction... right?]

Even if I wore a disguise, if I was in such close proximity to fans, I'm sure I'd be found out in no time. But it must be different for you, since you're known for your work over your face.

[He doesn't look the same...? It would probably be rude to ask, so it's better to let it be.]

I suppose so.

Does that mean that these exhibits detail your history and achievements in addition to your work? If that's the case, I can't blame you for feeling awkward about attending.

I see. Our professions are so different that it makes sense. You probably weren't often in the public eye, after all.

Talking about myself and being seen by the public is part of my job, but even though a lot of information about me is available and easy for anyone to find, even I'd feel uncomfortable with anything but the very basics of my personal history being shared.

An exhibit about your work would be nice, but the personal information aspect is a little intrusive, isn't it... You probably never intended for anyone to know those things.

No wonder you're hesitant. I can imagine that you'd rather not relive past tragedies, much less have them revealed to the public.

Even as an idol, or perhaps because I am one, there's an awful lot I'd go great lengths to keep from being shared.

There aren't any exhibits like that here, are there?

In that case, I'm looking forward to visiting. Museums always have so much to offer.

But now I can't help thinking about all of the deceased historical figures that would probably rather not have their lives on display....

I'm not sure anything can be done... It seems inevitable, but I hope that you have a bit more peace of mind here, Nakajima-sensei.

I'm sorry for not introducing myself earlier, but I'm Ousaka Sougo. It's a pleasure to meet you.

Yes, I do. But rather than solo work, I'm in a unit called MEZZO" with my partner Yotsuba Tamaki.

We've had a couple of ads in various places lately, if you've happened to come across them.

Fufu. Would it help if I said that I think of all of our fans and audience highly?

Sorry. I didn't mean to put you on the spot.

Either way, if you're interested and ever find the time, I'd be happy to see you there.
