The opening of the museum here is enormously exciting, but it also has me thinking about museums at home.

I know there are exhibits about me in at least a few museums - I've never been to see one, because it feels vaguely egotistical to attend an exhibit about yourself? But I've always wondered what sort of things they have to say about me. What parts of my life are worth putting on display for the public.

If there were a museum dedicated to you, what do you suppose would be on exhibit?

A real sword, I can use it if I have to, and I'm not nearly talented enough to be a police officer.

Okay, phew. Last person I met with a real sword was this scary police lady. Just for the record, I'm pretty sure you can't get arrested for crimes you did in another world, and they can't prove anything. Right??

Yeah, uh, I guess that doesn't work so well over text. But I would have teleported behind you if I knew where you were, so there!!

Hey, really? You're all right, you know that? What would you say to being one of my minions?

No thank you. I'm satisfied with my current job as a teacher.

[being a minion is basically a job, right.]

Seriously? Being a teacher sounds pretty boring if you ask me. You don't want some adventure in your life? Some... CRIME adventure??

Not really. Being a teacher seems much more rewarding.

What could be more rewarding than the love of your minions?!

Helping a child to believe in themself? Instilling a passion for learning in your students? Seeing someone under your care flourish and succeed?

I get all those things with my minions too!! Except only one of them is a child. And... change "learning" to "evil," I guess.

Well, sort of! I'm pretty sure she hasn't turned in her membership fee yet. But she's really smart! She runs a toy store and everything! DON'T DISRESPECT BEAR TRAP!!
