Suffice to say what little disarray it had gotten into was more than picked up-- honestly it's probably more organized than it was when America was last here.]

[Listen, if there's one thing Tenya excels at it's neurotic organization. His own apartment is littered with books, but they're in neat stacks around the edges of the room only after they stopped fitting in shelves. He doesn't flinch to the jab at his shoulder, pondering the question.]

There was a gentleman who brought up marketing with me when I addressed assuming general ownership of McDenny's-- I turned him down, solely because it had never been an issue before, but I'm not certain if it's something you would like to pursue. Beyond that... [He looks a bit scolded.] I'm afraid I pay far less attention to the goings on of this place than I ought to. [And on top of that he's been living inside McDenny's for like a month.]

Oh yeah? Marketing is a big deal..! It wouldn't hurt looking into it, but you gotta make sure it's gonna benefit you and the company. It's easy to get roped into something you didn't mean to if you miss the fine print.. but I'm sure you knew that already! Did you at least get his contact information? If not, no biggie. There's some pride in being responsible for all of the marketing and management responsibilities.

That is a lot of why I didn't go for it-- I'm not familiar with the field at all, so I figured it best to do some research independently...

[He frowns at a few books and stacks of papers piled neatly on the edge of the desk. He was literally researching marketing to figure out how the fuck to do it, and if it was something he should look into. Iida people take literal college courses on this shit why are you so square.]
