This may be too broad of a question to ask, but I've been curious at any rate. I'd like to ask about what your interpretation of "magic" is, and the basic rules of it should it have any or even limitations.

From my understanding based on my own world, there are some limitations, but magic is capable of much in talented hands.

I suppose that also begs the question of what exactly chroma can be used for, as it is in its essence not quite the typical energy source, yet capable of mild magic on its own.

What sorts of things have you done with magic that you find to be exceptional?

mostly the amount i can do

i'm not making nukes or anything
by moral choice not because i don't think i could

but i've never met a spell i couldn't do

except glimpse but jade says that's because i'm not cynical enough

every other spell, though
doesn't matter the school of magic, who originally cultivated that school or how tightly they were protecting the knowledge, i'll get it eventually

and then i just

make my own things

but i think for this kind of thing it's better to show than tell, yeah?

Have you ever used magic for travel?

teleportation or time

time i haven't figured out yet but i'm working on
same with multidimensional

teleportation usually isn't worth the components required

enchanting things to fly tho that's totally doable

tattoos that let you run faster, let your feet stick to walls, that sort of thing

i mostly parkour at home

i guess it depends on the kind of travel you want to be doing

Time is a possibility, but it's more accurate to say I am looking into interdimensional travel.

i’m actively working on it but no luck so far
kind of a literal life and death thing for me lol so i won’t sfop until i figure it out but

even if i manage it, that kind of thing creates problems

you’ll spin off another parallel universe just by stepping into one

and you’ll change your own so you probably won’t come back to exactly the place you left
