It's not extreme exactly. I think it depends a lot on what moon they fall under and their personality at least a little. One of my friends from home and I are the same moon but it affects both of us completely differently.

Yep. Sanguis, Cordis, and Iris. And they rise in that order too before the triple moon which is like mid month, or something. I've only gone through one triple moon but I imagine it happens the same time each month.

I can only really speak for Sanguis since that's mine but it's the first five days each month. I've been told that if you haven't had any changes by like the nineth though you're better off holing up for the next week or so since that leads into Iris and Triple Moon. But after triple moon things seem to be at least somewhat normal until things aren't.
