greetings everyone! i apologize that i have fallen off on my blog posting, but i have found MANY MANY ACTIVITIES to occupy my time here. unfortunately, i have come down with a case of tunnel vision and neglected to be hospitable to my fellow residents in the interim.

so! i am having a little get together in two weeks (ง ื▿ ื)ว are you interested? it shall be hosted by three fine gentlemen looking for other equally hospitable persons who want to hang out in our appropriately decorated apartment. (chroma harvesting is not the intention).

i shall be supplying refreshments and hors d'oeuvres, though you are also encouraged to bring samplers and cuisine if you like! i am quite the sucker for trying new things from various cultures, especially the food of the laymen. i have amassed an extensive collection of doritos for this party, including some limited edition bags that cost me quite a fortune. please let's not let them go to waste.

also the party is pet friendly, all animals welcome! ʕ •ᴥ• ʔ (example: a bear, though perhaps only trained bears)

please let me know if you have specific requests for food, music, or activities.

but hikaru! that is part of the beauty of the party in question! it is a feast of the laypeople, where those who are of a more common class will feel comfortable, and those who are used to more esteemed fineries can experience a taste of something new.

they are part of a cataloged collection! in fact, the limited run bags are usually the most fruitful when it comes to my research.

and in fact the amount isn't quite that extensive at all, just only compared to the more meager earnings i have here.

the flavor is strange! i have acquired some chips that supposedly taste like a roasted turkey that i'll be debuting at the party.

i'm very excited to see what this particular manufacturer thinks a turkey tastes like. the actual food they're supposed to emulate is usually not at all found in the flavor profile!

i have certainly uncovered the world of the snack chips of the laymen and it's a very exciting world to investigate and be apart of.

i don't expect it to taste like turkey at all. not even like the congealed lunch meat that likes to be passed off as turkey...but i do want to know what exactly that fake turkey taste will taste like. simply salt? a little bit of a vague meat taste? i'm so intrigued!

Ah! A dorito is a corn chip, made for laypersons as a snack. They have a mealy taste, but they're dusted with a certain flavoring. It's quite annoying and gets all over your fingers -- but that's simply an aspect of the experience. I find people actually say it's a positive feature, though the flavoring is usually off the mark in emulation somehow.

there is a certain truth to that! but it's more about the assumed quality or origin of the food, not the person currently consuming it if that makes sense.

junk food is much more apt, though. i shall refer to my party as 'TAMAKI'S JUNK FOOD AND FAMILY GAME EXTRAVAGANZA (≧◡≦) ♡'!
