has to be able to walk to survive in mountain... one month for walk by self and two months for walking well!

where do weight go on foot? always is moving when trying to walk...

Start on your toes, then all the way down to your heel. That's usually where to put your weight as you're moving. Make any sense?

If it helps you any, it takes practice. Hell, my father had to learn how to walk again a few years back.
