[The feed opens on a positively gleaming vintage car, parked in the shade under some leaves. It's black, it's expensive-looking, and it's obviously very well-cared for.

It's an interesting juxtaposition to the supremely annoyed hiss that's the first thing out of Crowley's mouth.] Ssssssssssso. If anyone else happens to want to bring something big here. Say, your car. Minor complication.

[At that point, he reaches into the frame and picks the car up, revealing a perspective trick that had been making it look reasonably-car-sized. He'd set it down under a bush, for the establishing shot, because even while VERY UPSET that his precious Bentley is about the size of a remote-control car, there was no reason not to show it off.]

Gonna have to have a word with that shop guy later this month, see if there's anything to be done about it. Meantime, I guess I'm stashing this inside somewhere.

[At this point, it becomes apparent there's a faint noise coming from the car; Crowley, still off-camera, sighs.] No one asked you. [The music continues, and he cuts the feed before the song can really progress.]

Oh, I have been. Copious amounts of cheating, mostly. [Its current condition isn't even thanks to Crowley himself, not entirely. He's just glad he didn't end up with a toy-sized burnt hunk of metal.]

Yeah. Took a liking to the stuff sometime in the '70s, and now anything I leave in it for more than two weeks turns into a Best of Queen album. Really don't think the car needs any help.

[There's a music-box plink of something that's probably "Killer Queen" just audible in the background. Crowley sighs.] Still haven't asked you. You see what I have to put up with.

[This guy didn't look that old, so how was he...

You know what, nevermind. After what he's seen, he probably shouldn't be surprised by this.]

So the car is a fan of Queen too? Like, to the point that you can't put anything else in it? That's kind of a bummer... there's all sorts of other good music.

[He can't help but laugh a little though, sorry Crowley.]

Yeah, I can see. And I understand. [Kind of reminds him of Teddie. And his Persona. Although he was pretty sure his Persona wasn't that involved.]

[Looks can be deceiving.]

I did persuade it to leave a Velvet Underground CD alone for a while.

It's my own fault, really. Spend 90-odd years getting your car used to the way of things and it's bound to pick up a thing or two.

I don't exactly know any sentient cars so I'll take your word for it.

However, his voice goes from wry to...hesitant now. But it was probably a good idea to actually ask an adult about this stuff rather than other teens his age. And he seemed pretty cool.]

How do you do it? Not share, I mean. I know part of it is likely just self-control but like, the moons can make things pretty bad.

I don't think I'm comfortable with the idea of sharing but I've also never had a relationship so I don't really have the experience.

[And he's a teenager so hormones. Which likely isn't going to help him on top of the moons.]

But a lot of my friends and from what it sounds like, a lot of people in general here, are into that. I guess I'm just confused on how to navigate that. [He laughs sheepishly.] It's a lot I'm asking, sorry. You don't have to answer if you're not comfortable.

Eh, the moons weren't that annoying last time, and if they were we're living together anyway. [If anything, the moons helped, but when you have six millennia of Very Carefully Not Pushing Boundaries to work past, any additional nudge is welcome.]

If sharing works for your friends, good for them, nothing wrong with it. Nothing wrong with random hookups, either. And there's also nothing wrong with wanting to find yourself one person and stick with 'em. The more people you drag into things, the more work you have to do to keep it all functional, and not everyone's cut out for that.

Been a long time since I had to worry about any of this, but being up-front with your expectations should work. Otherwise... me specifically not sharing has a lot to do with not having been interested in anyone else in literal ages, so it probably won't help you much.

[He nodded even if the guy couldn't see him. That made sense, he remembered that the moons varied and, like Naoto and Kanji, if you're living with the person already it would make things easier. It made sense.]

Yeah... I know there's nothing wrong with it, I guess I'm still just a little confused on what I want is all. I was already confused by... er, well something else but now it's just moving forward from there.

[With the OG Bentley that was also sentient and now talking literal ages... geez, what was this guy? But probably not the time for that question.]

Mm, no, probably not. [His voices takes on a softer tone briefly.] The first person I loved was uh... was murdered, so. Hadn't really had a chance to experience much. And now it's just kind of all in my face.

You're a kid, being confused about what you want is part of the package. Humans are also really bad at allowing more than whatever they currently think is the default option to exist, and that's never gonna help anyone figure out what they want. [That 'something else' was totally whether guys were on the table, wasn't it.]

[Here the Bentley chimes in again, plinking its merry way into the first verse of "Somebody to Love." Crowley sighs.] You're on thin fucking ice, car. Don't think I've forgotten the last time you picked that one.

Anyway, don't rush yourself. You don't need to have all the answers right away.

[Yes it is, don't make him say it yet. He's working up the nerve to tell his friends so, shhhh.]

[Then the car chimes in and Yosuke can't help but laugh at the rebuke the car gets. It actually helps, thanks Bentley, even if the song choice was probably not what he needed right now.]

Yeah, you're right. Guess I'll just have to wait and see. [Being a confused teen sucks though.]

So uh... if you're not human, can I ask what you are?

[No need to make him say it when it's easy enough to work out from context. As for the car, well, at least it made the kid laugh.]

A demon. Which may or may not explain things at all, the rate things are going around here. [Gonna depend on Yosuke's grasp on the Judeo-Christian mythos.]

[Not very much, considering he's Japanese.]

I mean... it doesn't not explain things? The age thing, for one but uh, if manga and anime taught me anything, there's a lot more kinds of demons so that's just very vague but also pretty cool?

[A demon just gave him relationship advice. Seems like a cool guy.]

By and large, demons decided Lucifer was on to something when he announced God wasn't the boss of him anymore and invited his friends to camp out in Her basement.

Ah. Heard a bit about that the other day. This was more... everyone else assuming the plan the whole time had been to destroy Earth and get on with whether Heaven or Hell had superior firepower.
