In my world, people hold parties to celebrate this festival. They often keep their guests entertained with food, games, and costume contests. These costume contests are the lottery that I was talking about, because the best costume is usually the one that wins.

Sometimes best can mean different things, though. It can be the costume that's constructed the best, or the one that's the funniest, or the one that's the most creative. That's where I come in. Do you want an intricate costume, or a funny one? A creative one, or a character you like?

Remember, this is a holiday where you can be anything! So don't be afraid to use your imagination.
