... Hypothetically speaking, if someone were to look into finding somewhere to y'know. Spar. Train. Keep the rust off their fighting skills in case we get something worse than a sewer full of giant vines trying to swat us like flies for the hell of it. That kind of thing. Is there anywhere around here that would fit that kind of criteria?
What're the chances of half of those Knights they've got posted around here sticking their noses where they aren't wanted? Most of the Knightly types I've come across aren't the type to just nod and let a bunch of people waving weapons around get on with their day without throwing a tantrum.
And if that's the case and the chances are high... whereabouts here are they least likely to go snooping?
Or take the longest to get to. I'm not picky.
[ Hypothetically speaking, of course. ]

[ Well, a keyblade was close enough to a sword, anyway. ]
I also know magic as well.

I don't know why I'm surprised other people seem to know spell based artes, seeing as they were well-used by blastia owners back home.
It's never been my things. I prefer just fighting with a weapon.

There's nothing wrong with that. There's no reason to worry about magic not being something you can do if you don't like using it.
[ Especially since even the simplest magic spells still needed some thought to use them. ]
Maybe we could spar together sometime?

I'm not worried, exactly. Just surprised it's common elsewhere. Given that it was an "available to some people" deal rather than an "everyone" kinda deal back home.
Sounds good. Looks like places aren't going to be as much of an issue as I thought so hopefully that'll be sooner rather than later.

[It's something to think about, at least. Maybe she'd look into it whenever she got back. ]
Alright. Just let me know when you're up for it then.
[ Of course, then she realizes that there's a little important thing that she hadn't mentioned yet.]
Oh, my name is Aqua. It's nice to meet you.

[ He's seen Flynn use base level healing spells, after all. ]
Will do. We'll get something sorted out with space and I'll let you know what's happening.
Yuri Lowell. Same to you.

[ Terra's style was almost entirely keyblade strikes, even if he could use the same spells as most other people that she knew.]

But when they can do something like destroy half a building or something intense like that, then it's nothing to sneeze at.
[ He can thread fire into a strike, or combine it with some basic healing but he can't be bothered to do a straight up spell with no strikes involved. ]

[ She does pause as she considers something though. ]
Are spells of that caliber what you're used to seeing back home? Or are those the exception?
no subject
Or did, I guess. Either way, there are lots of artes. Not all of them are solely magical.

[Also didn't necessarily need her to keep standing in the same spot either. ]

...Though if I'm close enough to hit what I'm fighting, I'd probably just attack it without magic instead.
