You know, if I was born a large carnivore instead of a small herbivore, I think I'd have started up some kind of brothel here...probably would have made good money in a place like this.

Anyway, I'm only a small carnivore here some of the time, and there already seem to be plenty of those kinds of places. Ever since I arrived here and when the weather started getting nicer, I noticed that we were missing something...

[Haru swaps the camera to face forward, and pans a bit, showing off a relatively sparse, fenced-in lot with a good amount of raised plots of soil and flower beds already started. after a moment of showing off, she switches it back to herself.]

So! I've started up a community garden for...mostly myself honestly, but it's open for anyone else to sign up and use. I was setting up all day yesterday, and it's kind of been slow going. In highschool I managed the gardening club all on my own so I can do this by myself, but if anyone wants to stop by and help I'll treat you to some lunch! I know it's Sanguis right now, so plenty of you are stronger than usual... [she brings her free hand up to rub under her nose, smudging more dirt on her face as she mumbles:] you could probably put that to good use.

Anyway, feel free to stop by, even if it's just to sign up for your own plot of land. If nobody signs up then it's not too bad...it just means more space for me to grow my babies.

[attached to this post is the address, where the community garden is located on a once-vacant lot in Lunatia, Level 2. a sign up sheet is posted on the front door of the shed, and anyone is free to stop by and do their own thing at the gardens for the month of May.]

I thought so too! I've been spending a lot of time taking care of all the public plants that are around the city, but I figured it was time for there to be a space I could call my own.

I wound up with a lot of land with this abandoned lot, so a community garden made the most sense.

It's mostly that I would want to work at a space where others can enjoy either getting their hands dirty or just by looking at nice things.

Brothels and gardens are kind of similar in that way, but since I'm a herbivore I love plants and flowers a lot. Plus you can grow things to eat.

You can stop by any time and sign up, you're not limited to one kind of plot. You'll just have to bring your own seeds and starters, but I have plenty of gardening tools to borrow and use while you're here.

There can be a bit of a learning curve, but there are a ton of plants out there you could grow that are pretty hard to have die on you.

I have small planters available if you want something easy to start with. And I'd be happy to show you the ropes when I can! Technically it's what I would have done if anyone joined the gardening club at my school...

Sure! It's a community garden and so it's open for the community to use and rent out.

There's a sign up form on the premises! It just makes it easier for me to keep track of things that way, plus when you're there you can choose the spot yourself.

Well, I think a part of my love for plants, flowers, and veggies comes from being a small herbivore. I enjoy handling plants but also getting to taste them too, and eventually want to run a store where animals from all over get to handle plants and bring home fresh fruits and vegetables for cooking.

If I were a carnivore I probably wouldn't like plants and vegetables as much, so wanting to start a brothel makes sense.

Well, it's not really money that motivates me, and it definitely isn't about owning anyone. I'd hire them like I'd hire any normal employee.

Sex made me feel good, plus being a carnivore would mean I probably wouldn't enjoy plants and veggies as much as I do as a herbivore, so starting a brothel would make more sense than starting a plant store.
