I want to know more about the worlds that everyone left behind.
Like what countries there are, what they look like, what's different from here. It's such a waste of opportunity not to learn about other worlds, you know? As long as I'm going to be stuck here, I'd like to stretch my imagination and learn something new.
I, for one, just came from Japan. Yokohama City, to be exact. I wouldn't be surprised if more of you are from Yokohama... Oh~ But imagine if we're all from alternate Yokohama Cities. That would be interesting as well.
Anyway~. Tell me about your homes, please. And where are my manners? My name is Lucy Montgomery. A pleasure.

Like the Cosmo Clock 21.

Ooh, the Cosmo Clock. That's the giant ferris wheel, right? I've wanted to try it since I first saw it. What a shame that I never got a boyfriend~.
[After all! Ferris wheels are best visited with a boyfriend.
Lucy has said something sad, but she sounds almost happy about it.]

I live in Machida. Technically the Kanagawa side. But my school is in Tokyo.
[Machida is right on the border of Tokyo and Kanagawa, but 30 minutes by train absolutely counts as neighbours!]

Is this place so similar to your world you're actually restless enough to want more? I've been here for months and it's still exhausting just having to look at the city every day.

I don't suppose you need any help adjusting for yourself? It's a shame you can't enjoy the situation right now.

Regnum is the country, correct? What's it like? Japan is an island nation. Is Regnum also an island?

But what about if you're somebody who comes from a place that doesn't have a Yokohama City at all?
[ At least Metera's never heard of any island that has a town called that, anyway. ]
no subject
And I would think that's most fascinating! What kind of world do you come from? Do you have 'Japan' or 'Canada?'

I come from Japan too, but I'm the only one (of two people) who has ever heard of Mahora Academy, so I guess that's the world I come from?
no subject
Is it a major educational establishment or something? I never got to pursue an education back home, so perhaps that is why I've never heard of it.

Is this Japan and Yokohama place from Earth? That seems to be the planet most people here come from. At least that I've found so far.

Are you not from Earth?

I grew up in a city-state of sorts. We lived far beneath the earth, in these cities built of crystal and shrouded in darkness.
There were other cities like mine in the underground, but we were all separated for miles by tunnels, vast subterranean oceans, that sort of thing. Also, monsters. Let's not forget.
I live on the surface with the sun-dwelling folk now, in a country where the dead walk around everywhere and everyone just... sort of accepts it?
In so many ways, I find adjusting to life on the surface difficult.
But I always remember why I left.
[Hollow earth bullshit and zombies was probably not the accepted answer to this question.]
no subject
Is that normal? Why did people live underground in the first place?
Sorry, that was a lot! I have a lot of questions. It's like nothing I've ever heard of.
