okay so i have some questions for the general public
which is you guys
first: if you sent someone to jail on their birthday but they probably forgave you should you be worried that they or a family member is gonna
i don't know
come after you
or something like that
not that it happened
but hypothetically i guess
second: anyone have any thoughts on being called "puppy"?
is it a compliment?
an insult?
i kind of need some outside opinions here
uhhh
yeah that's it
thanks

your second inquiry, however! i think it would be a term of endearment. puppies are cute and loyal, beacons of warmth and excitement. it should be considered a compliment, i believe.
a pet name, rather. (that's kind of a joke ! ) U^ェ^U

you know?
like...puppies seem kind of lame
especially when you could be something cooler
or stronger but it kind of feels like it's worse being called one??

That is such a highly specific situation where if someone knows this about you, they're gonna know it's you.
But to answer your question, I guess it depends on the kind of person they are?
If they're here, maybe ask them about it. Easier than worrying all the time.
Kind of a weird thing to call someone (assuming it's more than just once?).
I compare my partner to a dog because he's loyal, dependable, and cute. I don't think it's bad.
Kind of subjective.
no subject
hey it's specific but like i said it's hypothetical
it didn't happen
but say that things seem normal and are going pretty good and then you have to tell someone else what happened
like how do you deal with that when you're pretty sure the other end of the phone is on fire or something
yeah okay that's kind of a good example with your partner
i mean i guess it would be okay if i were a kid or something or if it was a joke
but when you're super close to someone and an adult it's kind of questionable i guess
question: would you call your partner a dog in public?
(no subject)
a+ thank you for that first tag there
it's not untrue

On the other hand, maybe you should watch out around YOUR birthday.
no subject
my last birthday was fine
do you think someone would really wait a year and a half to destroy me?
i wouldn't be surprised but it seems kind of questionable

I think it is supposed to be a term of endearment, depending how it is said.
no subject
but now i'm pretty sure they should't have ended up there
mostly sure
in my defense i thought she was witch that put a curse on me
so i think that kind of made me make a few bad decisions
i think she means it as endearment or something
but sometimes it's almost like i'm being made fun of??
you get that, right?

But maybe it's different for humans.
For the jail thing, I know if I was capable of being threatening I'd come after the person who sent someone I cared about to jail on their birthday.
1/2
i mean it still means the same thing if you're not, right?
when you put it like that though
i guess i can see what you mean
what if it was someone that you were related to?
the same thing?

what do you mean
different for humans
are you not one??

Or lick people

Second: I personally would find it insulting, but I suppose I'm more than a little biased in that respect. I would say it's generally a term of endearment, though something of a patronizing one.
no subject
second: thank you that's definitely the word i was trying to come up with
patronising!
are you a dog person? is that why it would be insulting?

i wouldn't say they're known for revenge
but they do know how to fight
shit
maybe that does mean they'd be good at revenge
but why wait, you know?
if you're gonna do something to someone just do it right away
that way they know what they did in the first place
